    Position: Physical Therapist (P-Physical Therapist)

    Salary Range: $45-$52 per hour

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist (P-Physical Therapist) to join our team at a skilled nursing facility/assisted living facility (SNF/ALF). As a P-Physical Therapist, you will work with a diverse group of patients to help them regain their physical strength, mobility, and independence.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients based on their specific needs and goals.

    - Implement and monitor treatment plans, adjusting as necessary to ensure progress and optimal outcomes.

    - Use a variety of therapeutic techniques, exercises, and equipment to help patients improve their strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.

    - Educate patients and their caregivers on proper techniques for performing exercises and activities to promote long-term wellness and prevent future injuries.

    - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as occupational therapists and physicians, to provide comprehensive care for patients.

    - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and other important information.

    - Stay updated on the latest advancements and best practices in physical therapy to continuously improve patient care.

    Qualifications:

    - Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

    - Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

    - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working as a Physical Therapist, preferably in a SNF or ALF setting.

    - Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.

    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    - Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

    - Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.

    - Flexibility to work occasional weekends and evenings as needed.
