Between visits, you’ll document in HCHB, respond to care-team messages, and contact the ordering physician when a patient’s status changes. Throughout the day, you’ll remain attentive to home safety considerations and equipment needs, then wrap up by finalizing notes, organizing the next day’s schedule, and ensuring items are completed within required timelines.Total RewardsThis full-time role offers a competitive salary of $100,000–$140,000, along with Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage. You’ll also receive Paid Time Off to support rest, continuity, and time away when needed.
