BreakThrough is redefining PT — highly-specialized physical therapists, industry-leading continuing education, and one of the highest concentrations of board-certified clinicians in the area.
Join our flagship team in Apex. Our Apex clinic has served this community for nearly 20 years, treating post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injury recovery, and a broad outpatient orthopedic caseload. As BreakThrough's headquarters location, you'll be joining a team deeply connected to the culture and growth pathways that define who we are as a company.
A patient population as varied as your skill set. You'll treat patients recovering from orthopedic surgery, sports injuries, motor vehicle accidents, and chronic pain, alongside patients seeking relief from headaches and neck pain. Our team also includes a dedicated Pelvic Health Specialist, giving the clinic real depth beyond general orthopedics.
A full toolkit to treat them well. Services at this location include Blood Flow Restriction Training, dry needling, manual physical therapy, and chronic pain therapy supported by virtual reality technology — giving you the tools to treat a broad caseload with evidence-based, modern approaches.
Your growth doesn't stop at graduation. We build mentorship into the job — structured, hands-on support and industry-leading continuing education through Evidence In Motion (EIM), including board certification support as you build your own specialty and shape your career on your terms.
Live and work in one of the fastest-growing towns in the Triangle. Apex consistently ranks among the best places to live in America — top-rated schools, strong community safety, and easy access to Raleigh and the broader Triangle job market, all with genuine small-town character.
