Physical Therapist – Hospital Setting

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Physical Therapist to join our hospital team for a  contract position.

Assignment Details:

•   Flexible contract
  

• Schedule: Rotating day/evening shifts (between 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM as needed)
  

• Setting: Hospital | Outpatient
  

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, direct, and administer physical therapy treatments.
  

• Work with patients to restore function, improve mobility, and prevent disability.
  

• Collaborate with medical staff to provide comprehensive patient care.
  

• Maintain accurate records and utilize EPIC for documentation.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Active New York State Physical Therapist License
  

• CPR certification preferred
  

• Outpatient and EPIC experience highly preferred
  

• Completed COVID vaccination (at least 1 dose)
