WV Physical Therapy is opening our second location in Somersworth, and we're looking for an experienced PT who wants to continue treating patients while helping lead and develop a clinical team. You'll treat, mentor clinicians, help build the team, improve systems, and have meaningful ownership over what happens inside your clinic.

Somersworth, NH | $85,000–$92,000 + profit sharing + $5,000 sign-on bonus


40-minute 1:1 treatments. No double booking. No weekends.

This isn't a role where you'll leave patient care behind. You'll treat, mentor clinicians, help build the team, improve systems, and have meaningful ownership over what happens inside your clinic.


What you'll do

• Treat patients in a 1:1 model
• Lead, coach and develop the clinical team
• Help onboard and mentor PTs
• Maintain high clinical standards
• Give feedback and handle difficult conversations when needed
• Help solve difficult clinical cases
• Improve clinical and operational systems
• Help grow the Somersworth clinic

What we're looking for

• Licensed/eligible Physical Therapist
• At least 2 years of outpatient experience
• Strong clinician who enjoys helping other PTs improve
• Someone who sees problems and wants to help solve them
• Leadership experience is valuable, but not required
