ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plansImplement and monitor therapeutic exercises and activitiesProvide education to patients on injury prevention and at-home exerciseCollaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patientsMaintain accurate and timely documentationEvaluate and maintain equipmentProvide direction and leadership to support staffREQUIREMENTS:BS, MS, or doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited institutionValid Physical Therapy license in the state of LouisianaMinimum of 5 years of experience in an outpatient therapy setting as a Physical TherapistMinimum of 5 years of Team Lead/Supervisor Experience This position will be required to provide direction and leadership to support staff.
