The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a Physical Therapist and demonstrate strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.

Position Overview
We are seeking a Physical Therapist Clinic Manager to join our Sioux City, IA team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Physical Therapist who is interested in taking the next step into a leadership role.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a Physical Therapist and demonstrate strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills. Previous Clinic Manager experience is preferred but not required. We provide training and ongoing Clinic Manager coaching to support successful transition into the role.

Key Responsibilities
" Provide high-quality, personalized physical therapy care to a diverse patient population.
" Lead and support the clinic team while promoting a collaborative and positive work environment.
" Help oversee day-to-day clinic operations and contribute to the overall success of the location.
" Work collaboratively with therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
" Demonstrate strong independent decision-making and analytical problem-solving skills.
" Communicate effectively with patients, staff, leadership, and other members of the healthcare team.
" Support team development, clinical excellence, and efficient clinic operations.
" Utilize computer applications and documentation systems effectively.

Qualifications
" Licensed Physical Therapist with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience preferred.
" Iowa Physical Therapy license preferred.
" Prior Clinic Manager or formal leadership experience is preferred but not required.
" Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
" Demonstrated leadership ability and willingness to take on increasing responsibility.
" Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
" Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
" Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
