Job Details

What You’ll Be Doing
• Provide outpatient physical therapy to a varied patient population
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Lead and support the Willimantic clinical team
• Help oversee day-to-day clinic operations and workflow
• Mentor therapists and support clinical development
• Partner with ownership and leadership on clinic goals and continued growth
• Help maintain a positive, collaborative team culture
• Maintain a clinical caseload alongside leadership responsibilities
• Participate in ongoing clinical and operational improvement efforts

Skills You Need
• Licensed Physical Therapist in Connecticut, or ability to obtain Connecticut licensure
• Outpatient physical therapy experience
• Strong communication and team-oriented approach

Prior Director experience is helpful, but not necessarily required for the right PT who is ready to step into leadership.
