Requirements
• Conduct physical therapy evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy to improve mobility, strength, and function
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Support use of adaptive equipment and mobility strategies
• Maintain documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Participate in quality assurance and case reviews

Qualifications
• Active NYS PT license
• Experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred
