    Position: Physical Therapist 

    Salary Range: $44.02-$46.93 per hour

    Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday. No weekend rotation required.

    Location: This position will require travel between two locations - Enterprise and Collington.

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping patients improve their physical health and well-being through therapeutic exercises and treatments. As a Physical Therapist, you will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans, monitor progress, and provide guidance and support throughout their rehabilitation journey.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations

    - Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals

    - Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities, to help patients improve their strength, mobility, and overall function

    - Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

    - Educate patients and their families on exercises and home care techniques to continue their progress outside of therapy sessions

    - Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients

    - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

    - Stay current with advancements in physical therapy techniques and technology

    Qualifications:

    - Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy

    - Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist

    - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in an outpatient or orthopedic setting

    - Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology

    - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    - Willingness to travel between multiple locations

    - Prior experience with electronic medical records is preferred
