Provide high-quality physical therapy services in a dynamic outpatient setting
Develop and implement customized treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
Use a streamlined, therapist-friendly EMR (with integrated AI scribe) for efficient documentation
Educate patients and caregivers on therapy goals and home exercise programs
Stay current through professional development and advanced clinical training opportunities
Full-time hours, Monday through Friday
Average of 11 patients per day

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred; Masters with significant experience considered
2-4 years of outpatient experience ideal new grads encouraged to apply
Active Louisiana PT license or eligibility via compact licensure

Must pass background check; no prior license suspensions or disciplinary history
Flexible compensation: Choose between base salary or productivity-based earnings
New grad starting salary: $80,000, with potential to earn $126,000+ based on productivity
