    Physical Therapist

Now Hiring in Wellington, Delray Beach, and Boca Raton, FL — Multiple Opportunities!

Join the Team at Florida Spine Associates!

Florida Spine Associates is a premier, multidisciplinary spine specialty private practice specializing in world-class orthopedic spine surgery, interventional pain management, and dedicated physical therapy. With regional clinics spanning South Florida — including Boca Raton, Boynton Beach, Wellington, Delray Beach, West Palm Beach and Fort Lauderdale — our elite team of board-certified, fellowship-trained physicians is dedicated to restoring our patients' quality of life using cutting-edge, innovative technologies.

Unlike facility and corporate hospital networks, Florida Spine Associates operates on an agile, independent private practice model. We offer deeply personalized, compassionate patient care and clinical autonomy — the time to actually deliver hands-on treatment, build a relationship with your patients, and see the impact you're making. Here, you are a highly valued member of a tight-knit medical team, working in a supportive space where your voice is heard, communication is seamless, and your contributions directly shape our standard of excellence. Experience dedicated growth, team collaboration, predictable work schedules, and an atmosphere where you're part of something — not lost in a large hospital system.

As a Physical Therapist, you are responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clinical tasks to support healthcare providers in delivering high-quality patient care. This role requires a combination of medical knowledge, technical skills, and strong interpersonal abilities. We are looking for someone who thrives on patient care and compassion, ensuring the well-being of patients and providing a positive, supportive environment for patients and staff while working in conjunction with physicians, advanced practitioners, front office, and clinical staff. Orthopedic or Pain Medicine experience preferred. An exciting opportunity to join our Wellington, Delray Beach, and Boca Raton teams!

Aquatic Therapy Opportunity — Delray Beach: Our Delray Beach clinic features a state-of-the-art aquatic physical therapy center. Aquatic therapy experience is a plus but not required — we provide training.

    A Genuinely Cutting-Edge Opportunity

As a PT here, you're working directly alongside some of the top spine surgeons, orthopedic surgeons, and interventional pain physicians in Florida — with real input into surgical and post-operative care, not just a referral slip. Our therapy department also collaborates closely with physical therapists who perform EMG and nerve conduction studies, giving you access to objective diagnostic data you can use to fine-tune and modify treatment plans — a level of clinical precision most outpatient PTs never get.
