    What You’ll Do

    Grand River Health Clinic West (Battlement Mesa, CO) is looking for a Physical Therapist with advocacy for wellness and an undeniable passion for improving lives through motion! Your choreography of exercises and therapeutic techniques will captivate patients, turning rehab into a dance of progress and triumph. The ideal candidate will have a talent for tailoring treatments that will be the key to unlocking their patient's full potential.

    • Responsible for evaluation of patients, where your keen eye for detail and diagnostic skills will unravel even the trickiest physical puzzles due to injury, disease, physical disabilities or surgery.
    • Your creative treatment plans will lead patients on exciting challenges, turning the road to recovery into an enjoyable exploration using a variety of methods, including exercises, wound care, aquatic therapy, stretching maneuvers, hands-on therapy, and equipment to ease patients' pain and help them increase their mobility.
    • Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to create a united front in pursuit of patients' wellness goals. Your ability to work seamlessly in a team will strengthen the impact of your interventions.
    • Craft personalized workout regimens that are as unique as each individual you work with.
    • Works cooperatively with physicians, physician assistants (PA), nurse practitioners (NP), case managers, and insurance adjusters.
    • Provides services to a broad spectrum of patients which may include pediatrics, adult, inpatient, outpatient and geriatric at various Grand River Hospital District campuses as assigned. 
    • May guide and mentor a team of physical therapy assistants, aides, and athletic trainers to inspire them to deliver exceptional care and cultivate a positive and supportive work environment.

    Who We’re Looking For

    • Must have obtained a bachelor, masters, or doctorate degree in Physical Therapy at a college or university which has been accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association
    • Current Colorado State Physical Therapy License, or be scheduled for the board examination.
    • American Heart Association BLS certification is required upon initial hire and must be maintained throughout GRHD employment.
    • Practical experience obtained from previous experience in all aspects of physical therapy preferred.

    Our total rewards package includes

    • Pay Range: $32.35 - $55.91/hour (based on experience)
    • Shift Differentials: $2–$4/hour for nights and weekends

    Compensation may vary outside this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
