Physical Therapist

LifeBridge Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PRN) to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this per diem role, you will assess, plan, and provide evidence-based physical therapy treatments to patients across a variety of clinical settings. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans, document progress, and educate patients and families on restorative and preventative strategies.
