As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you'll play an important role in helping residents achieve their rehabilitation goals.
Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Assist residents with improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
Follow individualized treatment plans designed to support positive patient outcomes.
Document treatment sessions and communicate resident progress with the supervising Physical Therapist.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver exceptional resident-centered care.
Encourage and motivate residents throughout their rehabilitation journey.
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Current Ohio Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility for licensure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A compassionate, resident-focused approach to care.
A positive attitude and commitment to teamwork.
Previous skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is a plus!
