    Premier Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to help residents improve mobility, function, and confidence through supportive, evidence-informed care. In this role, you'll partner with the supervising PT to carry out treatment plans and contribute to safe, measurable progress.

    Key responsibilities include:
    - Deliver PTA interventions as directed by the PT and within scope of practice
    - Document treatments and resident response clearly and on time
    - Communicate changes in status and collaborate with the care team
    - Support safe transfers, gait training, and therapeutic exercise activities

    Required qualifications/skills:
    - Graduate of an accredited PTA program
    - Current PTA license/eligibility per state requirements
    - Strong communication, organization, and patient-centered approach
