$26–$35/hour (depending on experience)

What You'll Do

• Carry out treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance, and functional mobility
• Educate patients on home exercise programs
• Monitor patient progress and communicate with the Physical Therapist
• Maintain accurate documentation using AI-assisted technology
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered outpatient care

Qualifications

• Active Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Passion for helping patients achieve their goals
• New graduates are encouraged to apply!
