Ultimate Therapy is seeking a PTA to join the rehab team at Autumn Lake at Post Acute Center. You'll help residents recovering from illness, injury, or surgery work toward moving more safely and confidently.
What You'll Do
Provide treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
Help residents practice walking, transfers, balance, and strengthening activities
Monitor how residents respond to treatment and share updates with the PT
Document visits and work with the care team to support each resident's goals

Qualifications
