We're adding a licensed clinician to our coaching team: a Physical Therapist Assistant, Athletic Trainer, or Physical Therapist who wants to use their clinical skills in a one-on-one performance setting instead of a high-volume clinic.

What You'll Actually Do

Every day is different.

One hour you may be helping a golfer gain 20 yards off the tee.

The next, you're coaching a pickleball player back onto the court pain-free.

Then you're helping someone in their 70s regain the strength and confidence to keep traveling, hiking, or playing with their grandchildren.

You'll run movement assessments, build and progress individualized programs, coach one-on-one sessions, and work alongside our physical therapists with clients moving from rehab into performance.

You'll coach people—not just count repetitions.

Qualifications

Required — one of the following:

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) — Florida license, or eligible for Florida licensure

• Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) — BOC certified, Florida licensed or eligible

• Physical Therapist (PT / DPT) — Florida licensed or eligible

Also required:

• Full-time availability

• Located in Southwest Florida, or ready to relocate (we'll ask about your timeline)

Preferred:

• CSCS or similar strength & conditioning credential

• Experience with active adults 50+, golfers, or pickleball players

• New graduates who hold one of the credentials above are welcome

Please note: this role requires a clinical license or certification. If you're a personal trainer or exercise-science graduate without a PTA, ATC, or PT credential, we appreciate your interest, but this posting is for licensed clinicians only.
