$28-$32/hour + Monthly Profit Sharing | Full-Time
Mobility Fit Physical Therapy is expanding its pelvic health program and looking for a
Physical Therapist Assistant with pelvic health training or experience who wants to make this specialty a meaningful part of their career.
If your goal is to focus primarily on pelvic health, we'd love to talk with you. If you enjoy pelvic health and orthopedics and would prefer a blended caseload, we're open to that too.
What matters most is finding a great PTA who is passionate about this work and wants to support our growing pelvic health service line.
Responsibilities:

- A true pelvic health opportunity. This isn't an occasional pelvic health patient added to an otherwise unrelated schedule. You'll have the opportunity to develop a meaningful pelvic health caseload based on your training, experience, and interests.
- Flexibility in your caseload. Interested in making pelvic health your primary focus? Great. Love ortho too? We can explore a combination of pelvic health and orthopedic care.
- Work alongside an experienced clinical team. You'll practice collaboratively with PTs and within the appropriate PTA scope of practice while continuing to develop your pelvic health expertise.
- Room to grow your specialty. We're actively expanding pelvic health capacity, giving you an opportunity to be part of building something rather than simply stepping into an established template.
- Monthly profit sharing. Your hourly compensation is supplemented by the opportunity to participate in Mobility Fit's monthly profit-sharing program.
- Private practice with a strong local presence. Mobility Fit serves patients across the Dayton and Cincinnati areas while maintaining the collaborative feel of a locally led private practice.
Qualifications:
Who We're Looking For
We're especially interested in a PTA who:
- Holds an active Ohio PTA license or is eligible for licensure
- Has pelvic health training and/or hands-on pelvic health experience
- Is excited about developing deeper expertise in pelvic health
- Enjoys individualized, relationship-based patient care
- Values collaboration with PTs and the broader clinical team
- May be interested in either a pelvic health-focused caseload or a combination of pelvic health and orthopedics
Experience treating a broader range of pelvic health diagnoses and patient populations is especially valuable.
Pay Range:
USD $28.00 - USD $32.00 /Hr.
