    Physical Therapist Assistant – Overland Park, KS

    Full-Time or Part-Time

    Compensation: Approximately $28 per hour, with flexibility based on experience

    All PTA positions are paid hourly.

    Schedule

    Clinic hours are:

    • Monday and Wednesday: 9:00 AM–7:00 PM
    • Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
    • No weekends

    Specific work hours will be discussed based on full-time or part-time availability.

    Position Overview

    We’re seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient multidisciplinary clinic in Overland Park, Kansas.

    Our team brings together Physical Therapists, medical doctors, chiropractors, occupational therapists, and behavioral health providers. You’ll help deliver coordinated treatment in a setting that values collaboration and individualized patient care.

    With an established patient base and demand for expanded physical therapy services, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to a growing rehabilitation team.

    Patient Care Model

    • One patient per hour
    • Target of 40 patient visits per week for full-time providers
    • Typically four treatment units per visit
    • Collaboration across medical and rehabilitation disciplines

    Responsibilities

    • Provide treatment under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist
    • Guide patients through prescribed therapeutic exercises and interventions
    • Monitor patient response and communicate progress or concerns to the supervising PT
    • Reinforce patient education and home exercise instructions
    • Maintain accurate and timely treatment documentation
    • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to support continuity of care

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
    • Active Kansas Physical Therapist Assistant license, or eligibility for licensure before starting
    • Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
    • Ability to follow established plans of care and communicate effectively with the supervising PT
    • No additional specialty certifications required
