Physical Therapist Assistant, Full Time or Part Time, Outpatient Rehabilitation Wellness Works Physical Therapy 404 Brunn School Rd D, Santa Fe, NM 87505

Wellness Works Physical Therapy is growing and hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Full-time employees are eligible for a sign-on bonus and a Student Loan Repayment Program. New graduate PTAs are welcome to apply.

About the Role

You will treat patients in a fun, relaxed private practice environment featuring private treatment rooms and two separate gym areas. The caseload spans orthopedic, sports, geriatric, and wellness patients, with all care provided one-on-one. Full-time PTAs typically see 8 patients per day. Therapists on staff are trained and certified in dry needling, and manual therapy skills are a plus. Clinic management genuinely respects work-life balance and understands the importance of personal time outside of work.

Schedule

The clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Full-time PTAs can expect to work 32 to 40 hours per week with the option to work four or five days per week. Part-time candidates will also be considered.

Compensation and Benefits

Full-time PTAs earn approximately $35 to $38 per hour based on experience and qualifications, with pay structured around productivity. Benefits include major medical, vision, and dental plans with cost sharing by the owner, paid sick leave, paid vacation, a Student Loan Repayment Program, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

Candidates must be eligible for New Mexico state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Two to three years of experience is preferred but not required. New graduate PTAs are welcome to apply. Full-time availability is preferred, and part-time candidates will also be considered.
