Orthopedic Rehab Specialists is growing and hiring Physical Therapist Assistants for outpatient orthopedic positions in Rockford, Illinois and the greater Rockford area. Additional opportunities are available in Belvidere, Byron, Winnebago, and Loves Park. A sign-on bonus is available. Both experienced PTAs and new graduates are encouraged to apply.
About the Role
You will treat patients of all ages in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting with a diverse general orthopedic caseload. There is also an opportunity to build and grow a caseload in your area of specialty. New graduate PTAs will receive support and mentorship from experienced clinicians.
Schedule
The clinic is open Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 5:30pm with no weekends and no major holidays. Flexible scheduling is available, including the option to work four 10-hour shifts or half days.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for a full-time position starts in the range of $65,000 to $75,000 per year based on experience and qualifications, with a performance bonus also available. A comprehensive benefits package is included. A sign-on bonus is available for the right candidate.
Qualifications
Candidates must be eligible for Illinois state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Outpatient experience is preferred but not required. Full-time availability of 40 hours per week is preferred, and part-time candidates will also be considered. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
