About the Role:
Pure PT Physical Therapy is looking for a passionate and dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing team in Orange City, FL! Responsibilities:

• Implement physical therapy treatment plans under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional mobility training
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting updates to the supervising PT
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention techniques
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized treatment environment and equipment
• Communicate effectively with the care team to ensure continuity and quality of patient care
• Uphold compliance with state regulations, clinic policies, and professional standards

Requirements:

• Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active Florida PTA license or eligibility to obtain licensure in Florida
• CPR/BLS certification required or ability to obtain prior to start date
• Previous clinical experience in an outpatient orthopedic or rehabilitation setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality patient care
