Physical therapist assistant job duties:

- Provides physical therapy treatments according to the physical therapist's treatment plan.

- Help patients stretch and exercise specific muscle groups.

- Move patients from wheelchairs or walkers to the physical therapy area.

- Records daily treatment notes, portions of monthly progress notes, and discharge summaries timely and complete.

- Maintain patient records confidentiality.
