Northfield Village Rehabilitation & Wellness is searching for an enthusiastic, compassionate Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing in-house rehabilitation department. What You'll Do

• Provide individualized physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Help residents improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and independence
• Accurately document treatments and resident progress using Net Health and PCC
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech therapists, nursing staff, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Educate residents and caregivers on mobility, safety, and home exercise programs
• Celebrate every milestone as residents work toward achieving their goals

What We're Looking For

• Current Ohio Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in good standing
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience is a plus, but motivated clinicians from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
• Experience with Net Health and PCC is preferred
