What You’ll Do

• Carry out individualized treatment plans established by the supervising PT

• Provide physical therapy services in patients’ homes

• Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence

• Coordinate visits directly with patients and families

• Document progress and communicate with the supervising PT

• Provide care to pediatric and adult patients with a variety of needs

What You’ll Need

• Active, unrestricted Texas PTA license

• 1+ year of experience preferred

• Current BLS/CPR certification

• Own device and reliable internet connection required to access your schedule and complete charting

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and manage patient visits
