Responsibilities

  • Assist licensed therapists in patient care under supervision.

  • Document patient progress and update records accurately.

  • Adhere to safety, privacy, and compliance standards in all tasks.

  • Assist with patient assessments and routine outcome measures.

  • Provide patient education on exercises and home care plans.

  • Collaborate with team to align on patient goals and treatment plans.

  • Demonstrate proactive learning and apply new techniques as directed.

  • Prepare treatment areas and equipment for sessions efficiently.

  • Support performance targets by tracking daily activity and outcomes.

  • Participate in on-site meetings to review pipeline and territory goals.

  • Support onboarding of new patients and scheduling coordination.

  • Maintain inventory of supplies and request re-orders when needed.


Experience/Qualifications

  • Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in [state], current registration.

  • Assist licensed therapists under supervision in direct patient care.

  • Accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment notes.

  • Adhere to privacy, safety, and compliance standards (HIPAA, OSHA).

  • Experience with patient assessments and routine outcome measures.

  • Provide instruction on exercises and home care plans to patients.
