What You'll Be Doing

• Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans based on the patient's plan of care
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, functional activities, and other interventions
• Build strong patient relationships and provide an exceptional patient experience
• Monitor patient progress and communicate observations with the Physical Therapist
• Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, recovery, and long-term wellness
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists and other team members
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused clinic culture

What We're Looking For

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in South Carolina (or eligible for licensure)
• New graduates encouraged to apply—mentorship and support provided

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
