    Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

    Location: Julesburg, Colorado
    Contract Dates: September 28, 2026 – December 28, 2026
    Duration: 13 weeks
    Schedule: Monday–Friday, Days
    Setting: Hospital-Attached Rehab Clinic
    Candidates: Local & Travel Candidates

    Schedule

    • Clinic hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday
    • Prefer 5 days per week
    • Will consider 4 days per week
    • No weekends
    • No on-call

    Requirements

    • Minimum experience with orthopedics required
    • Active Colorado PTA license
    • BLS certification required
    • Strong ability to work with a diverse patient population

    Position Overview

    The PTA will work in a rehab clinic attached to the hospital, with approximately 95% of patients being outpatient.

    The rehab department offers a variety of treatment options and includes a small fitness center. Treatment modalities may include:

    • Cupping
    • Dry needling
    • Blood Flow Restriction (BFR)
    • Other rehabilitation and therapeutic treatment options

    Patient Population & Services

    The clinic serves a wide variety of patients across all ages and diagnoses.

    The rehab team also provides services for:

    • Nursing Home (NH) residents located across the street
    • Assisted Living Facility (ALF) residents
    • Home Health (HH) patients throughout the surrounding community
