Contract Details

• Position Type: Contract
• Contract Duration: 3 months
• Pay Rate: $45.00 / Hour (USD)
• Shift / Schedule: Day (5x8 Hours), 8:00 16:30
• Guaranteed Hours: Facility can call off UP TO one shift per pay period (every two weeks)
• Travel Requirements: Traveler is expected to have their own transportation. Occasional maximum radius of roughly 60 miles (60 90 minute total drive time) per day.
• Work Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Job Summary

This is a Home Health PTA travel/contract opportunity serving the East Portland, OR area and surrounding communities. The system does a good job grouping clients to minimize drive and windshield time.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled home health physical therapy assistant services to patients in East Portland, OR and surrounding areas.
• Visit up to 6 patients per day with a 1:1 patient ratio; 30 productivity points standard.
• Chart using EPIC Remote Client for Home Health (on laptop) and Rover (phone app)/Oasis.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of skilled Home Health experience required.
• BCLS certification required.
• Must have own reliable transportation.

Education Requirements

• PTA License required.
• BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) certification required.
• Pending license accepted.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Type of Facility: Home Health.
• Attire / Scrub Color: Business casual; no jeans; scrubs allowed but not required (no specific color).
• Charting: EPIC Remote Client for Home Health (on laptop) and Rover (phone app)/Oasis.
• Parking Cost: Free.
• Mileage Reimbursement: IRS Standard.
• No on-call required.
• No weekend requirement.
• Block schedule cannot be accommodated (4x10s or 3x12s not available).
• This facility cannot accommodate 4x10 or 3x12 schedules.

• RTO Restrictions: Confirm with hiring manager.
