Physical Therapist Assistant, Home Health, Day Shift (Monday to Friday)

One of our top clients, a respected home health agency in Federal Way, WA, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join its field team. The ideal candidate enjoys one-on-one patient care and wants a steady schedule. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday day-shift role with no nights or weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy visits to patients in their homes under the direction of a Physical Therapist and the plan of care.
• Carry out therapeutic exercise, gait and balance training, and mobility programs.
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safety, and fall prevention.
• Document visits accurately and on time.
• Report changes in patient condition and progress to the supervising Physical Therapist.

Qualifications:

• Active Washington State Physical Therapist Assistant license
• Home health experience preferred; strong PTAs from other settings are welcome to apply
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
