Physical Therapist Assistant Home Care

Responsibilities: Assists in providing skilled physical therapy treatment to patients/clients with a wide range of diagnoses and disabilities in a home care environment. Provides optimal patient rehabilitation and ensures quality of care.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Graduate from a Physical Therapist Assistant program

Licensure/Registration/Certification: 

• BLS
• Alabama Physical Therapist Assistant license*
• Active Unrestricted Class D U.S. driver’s license

Desired Qualifications: 

• Post associate degree college credit

Desired Licensure/Registration/Certification: 

• Alabama Physical Therapist Assistant license with clinical specialty
