Compensation
Pay Range:$70,000-$85,000 Per Year

Description
Assist in implementing components of care plans for patients with musculoskeletal conditions.
Work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Document patient care and report status changes.
Maintain compliance with New Jersey regulations.
Travel between locations within the network may be required.
Utilize electronic health record systems for documentation.
Adhere to HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Implement therapeutic exercise progression and functional training.
Collect and report objective data to inform care updates.
Educate patients on home exercise programs and self-management.
Document each treatment session and obtain necessary co-signatures.
Communicate with supervising PT regarding patient status and care plans.
Participate in regular check-ins for case reviews.

Qualifications
Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Active New Jersey Physical Therapist Assistant license.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Understanding of New Jersey scope of practice for PTAs.
Competence in musculoskeletal interventions.
Experience with electronic health record systems.
Outpatient orthopedic/MSK experience preferred.
