Majestic Gardens at Memphis is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. If you're passionate about helping residents improve mobility, regain function, and achieve their highest level of independence, we'd love to connect with you.
What You'll Do:
- Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Assist residents in improving strength, balance, mobility, endurance, and functional performance
- Implement individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and goals
- Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
What We're Looking For:
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of Tennessee (or eligible for licensure)
- Strong clinical skills and a compassionate, patient-focused approach
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience preferred, but not required
- New graduates are welcome to apply
