A leading rehabilitation services provider is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join its therapy team within a premier senior living and rehabilitation community.

What You'll Do
- Implement treatment plans established by the Physical Therapist
- Deliver therapeutic interventions designed to improve function and mobility
- Monitor patient progress and communicate findings to supervising therapists
- Document treatment sessions accurately and timely
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment goals and progress
- Participate in care planning and rehabilitation strategies
- Support positive patient outcomes and quality metrics
What You'll Need
- Associate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active Ohio PTA License
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Commitment to high-quality patient care
Preferred Qualifications
- Skilled Nursing experience
- Long-Term Care experience
- Senior Living therapy experience
- Rehabilitation experience with geriatric populations
- Experience working in interdisciplinary care environments
