Job Overview
Rehab Advantage & Sports Medicine is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide services within CoreCivic facilities in Ohio. This PRN role typically follows a 3-day per week schedule, offering flexibility with consistent patient volume.
Compensation & Benefits
$60,000–$80,000 earning potential

*****There are currently 30 visits per week on this caseload and will increase when PTA is on-site*****
Responsibilities
️ Implement treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist
️ Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, and function
️ Communicate patient progress with supervising PT and team
️ Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility guidelines
Qualifications
Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
Active Ohio PTA license in good standing
Strong clinical and communication skills
