Salary: $90-$110K

What your day will look like:
 

• Oversee and coordinate the delivery of physical therapy services to patients in the home health setting.
• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and provide treatment interventions based on physician orders and individualized patient needs.
• Delegate appropriate therapeutic activities to Physical Therapist Assistants and provide ongoing direction and supervision.
• Educate and support therapy team members regarding treatment plans, patient precautions, expected outcomes, and follow-up care requirements.
• Develop individualized care plans with measurable short-term and long-term objectives, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatments as needed in collaboration with the physician.

Type:     Direct Hire   

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
 

• Graduate of bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral level program accredited by the APTA.
• Current, unencumbered license to practice in the state of South Carolina
• Experience with EMR documentation
