Location: Hidden Valley Lake, CA 95240 (Outpatient; ~15 miles from Adventist Health Clear Lake)
Pay Rate: $2,351 – $2,635
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Day Shift)
Provide outpatient physical therapy treatments to improve mobility, function, and pain management
Evaluate patients, develop care plans, and document progress per standards
Collaborate with physicians and care teams; supervise PT assistants/aides
Educate patients/families and coordinate care for optimal outcomes
Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy or related field
1–2 years of outpatient or related experience preferred
California Physical Therapy License (or eligible): Required
BLS Certification: Required
Valid California driver’s license (if travel required)
Strong communication, clinical judgment, and ability to work independently
APTA membership preferred
