    Physical Therapist

    About the Role

    As a Physical Therapist at WTRC, you will evaluate, treat, and guide patients through personalized, evidence-based care to improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life.

    You'll collaborate with a supportive healthcare team, maintain accurate documentation, and help drive positive patient outcomes-all while contributing to a culture rooted in compassion, teamwork, and excellence.

    What You'll Do

    • Perform patient evaluations and develop effective treatment plans
    • Deliver evidence-based therapy techniques and interventions
    • Monitor progress and adjust care plans for optimal outcomes
    • Maintain accurate, timely documentation and billing
    • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals
    • Supervise and mentor PT students and support staff
    • Ensure a safe, clean, and organized clinical environment
    • Advocate for the physical therapy profession

    • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program and licensed in the state of Texas
    • Committed to high-quality patient care and ethical practice
    • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
    • Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and assist with patient transfers as part of a team
    • Ability to stand, walk, and be in an active setting for extended periods of time
