Job Title: Physical Therapist Adult Outpatient

Shift Details: 8 Hours
Weekly Schedule: 40 Hours
Certifications / Licence:   
  • Complete all Medicare compliance trainings as required by regulations and policies.
  • Complete Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) training on a yearly basis and adhere to standards set forth in OSHA standards and other governmental regulations.
  • Completes sufficient ongoing continuing education coursework to meet state licensure requirements for the defined reporting period.
  • Current CPR certification that meets state licensure requirements.
Mandatory Experience:   
  • Physical Therapist Adult Outpatient
  • MUST HAVE ACTIVE ALASKA LICENSE
  • MUST HAVE FLU VACCINATIONS
  • Education, Certifications, and Licenses Required
    • Entry level qualifying master’s or doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program OR Graduate from an APTA approved program of Physical Therapy at the master's or bachelor’s level with 2 years proven work and Continuing Education experience that indicates applicant has mastered the knowledge base that would typically be taught in a Doctorate program - required
    • Licensed as a Physical Therapist - required
    • Current Basic Life Support certification - required
    • Valid Driver’s license. - required
  • Experience Required
    • Minimum 1 year experience in adult outpatient rehab
