Job Duties:- Perform patient evaluations and develop treatment plans.
- Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders and professional standards.
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Ensure patient safety and compliance with all clinical policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Maintain equipment and treatment areas.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
Qualifications:- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist program. (Or in the process).
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist. (Or in the process).
