Job Summary: The Physical Therapist is responsible for assessing patients and creating age-appropriate treatment plans to improve functional abilities. This role requires adherence to the Standards of Physical Therapy Practice and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' physical condition and functional abilities.
  • Develop individualized, age-appropriate treatment plans.
  • Provide therapy to help patients improve mobility, strength, and independence.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Adhere to all professional standards of Physical Therapy Practice.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (or higher).
  • Licensed Physical Therapist.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association).
  • Previous experience preferred.
