Physical Therapist - Acute - 400 Bed Hospital

This role is best suited for someone looking to invest in a career—not just a job—helping patients understand what has happened to their bodies and guiding them through their recovery journey. Willing to mentor/train therapists without Acute Care experience: New Grads Welcome.

• Acute Care role with coverage across multiple floors and departments
• Cover Med/Surg, Neuro, Ortho, Oncology, ICU & ICU step-down
• Willing to mentor/train therapists without Acute Care experience: New Grads Welcome
• See 12 patients per day on average with up to 45 minutes per patient as needed
• 4/10's Schedule
• 4.5 weeks PTO

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Open to New Grads and Experienced Therapists

• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Collaborative, team-building personality style
• Servant leader mindset
