About the Role:FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Abilene, TX is looking for a passionate and skilled Part-Time Physical Therapist to join our growing team! Responsibilities:- Evaluate and assess patients to develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Deliver one-on-one patient care including balance therapy, rehabilitation, and injury recovery
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and families on exercises, home programs, and injury prevention
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulations
- Uphold FYZICAL's standards of care and patient-centered treatment philosophy
Requirements:- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Active Texas Physical Therapy license or ability to obtain licensure
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy, balance disorders, or vestibular rehabilitation preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients and staff
- Ability to work independently and manage a part-time patient caseload
