Pay: $37.87-58.71/hr  

Position Overview 

Seeking a Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive physical therapy services to inpatient and/or outpatient populations. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and assessing patient progress while supporting the physical, cognitive, emotional, and educational needs of each patient. 

Schedule 

• Monday–Friday schedule; 8am-4:30pm
• Weekends as needed
• Must be willing to respond to emergency situations 

Key Responsibilities 

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy plans of care
• Implement and assess physical therapy services based on patient needs
• Provide care appropriate to each patient's cognitive, emotional, educational, physical, and developmental needs
• Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes
• Assist the Supervisor with reports, data collection, and other departmental needs
• Medication inventory and distribution/delivery may be required 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required
• Active Maryland or Delaware Physical Therapist license, depending on work location/residency
• CPR Certification required
• 30 continuing education contact hours or 3.0 CEUs every 2 years to maintain licensure
• Previous Physical Therapy experience preferred

Benefits Eligibility: Team members working at least 36 hours per pay period on 12-hour schedules or 37.5 hours on non-12-hour schedules are eligible for benefits. Part-time employees working 30+ hours or weekend-only employees may also qualify.
