Position Highlights

• Hospital-based outpatient clinic, non-profit system (Savannah GA)
• Split caseload: ~60% pediatrics, ~40% adults
• $5,000 sign-on bonus, PSLF eligible
• 1:1 care, 60-min evals and 45-min treatments, ~8 patients/day
• 90-day formal onboarding, experienced team with very low turnover
• M-F, zero weekend requirements
• 24 days PTO, 5% retirement match starting day one

About the Role
This role is built for a servant-leader PT who puts patient-centered care first, someone looking to invest in a career rather than just land the next job, and who sees patient education as central to recovery. You'll carry a peds-leaning caseload, roughly 60% pediatric and 40% adult, in a 1:1 setting, with a 90-day onboarding program and a tight, experienced team known for sticking around. Helping patients understand their condition and how their body will respond to treatment is the heart of the work.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Comfort with or interest in treating both pediatric and adult populations, with a peds emphasis
• Team player with a passion for patient-centered care
• Servant-leader mindset
