What You'll Do
- Provide inpatient rehabilitative care for a 49-bed unit specializing in complex neuro and spinal injuries
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including nurses, therapists, social workers, and neuropsychologists
- Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injuries, and other neurological conditions
- Conduct neuro, head trauma, and spinal injection procedures, utilizing onsite equipment such as ultrasound and C-arm
- Document all patient interactions efficiently within EPIC EMR system
- Support quality patient outcomes through comprehensive rehabilitative strategies
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to patient care planning
- Ensure compliance with facility protocols and licensing requirements
What You Need
- Valid NC Medical License or eligible for IMLC licensing
- Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in inpatient rehab and spinal cord injuries
- Proficiency in neuro/head trauma care and procedures
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment
- Vaccinations as required by facility policy
