What You'll Do
  • Provide inpatient rehabilitative care for a 49-bed unit specializing in complex neuro and spinal injuries
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including nurses, therapists, social workers, and neuropsychologists
  • Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injuries, and other neurological conditions
  • Conduct neuro, head trauma, and spinal injection procedures, utilizing onsite equipment such as ultrasound and C-arm
  • Document all patient interactions efficiently within EPIC EMR system
  • Support quality patient outcomes through comprehensive rehabilitative strategies
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to patient care planning
  • Ensure compliance with facility protocols and licensing requirements
What You Need
  • Valid NC Medical License or eligible for IMLC licensing
  • Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
  • Minimum 2 years clinical experience in inpatient rehab and spinal cord injuries
  • Proficiency in neuro/head trauma care and procedures
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment
  • Vaccinations as required by facility policy
