Job Summary:

HCA Healthcare and Corpus Christi Medical Center is seeking to recruit a PM&R physician to a premier Orthopedics and Sports Medicine practice with a 50 year history of patient care excellence.  The incoming PM&R physician would join a 29 member orthopedic team, and will work closely with several board certified and fellowship-trained subspecialty surgeons, Primary Care Sports Medicine physicians, Advanced Practice Providers and Doctors of Physical Therapy.

Qualifications / Responsibilities:

  • Physiatrist with preferably fellowship-training and/or subspecialty certification in sports medicine or interventional spine.
  • Proficiency in lumbar and cervical spinal injections is a plus.
  • Board certification or board eligibility is required.
  • Ability to obtain / maintain a Texas medical license with a clear / active standing is required.
  • Monday - Friday position with no call coverage required.
  • The incoming recruit will be expected to work in the practice's satellite locations surrounding and including the city of Corpus Christi.
