    Position Overview

    We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) to join our neurology team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our neurologists to evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with neurological disorders in an outpatient setting.

    What You’ll Do

    • Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including neurological exams and medical histories
    • Diagnose and manage conditions such as migraines, epilepsy, stroke, Parkinson’s disease, and multiple sclerosis
    • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
    • Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests (MRI, CT, EEG, labs)
    • Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness
    • Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and lifestyle modifications
    • Perform procedures within scope (e.g., injections, lumbar punctures—if applicable)
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
    • Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers

    What We’re Looking For

    • Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
    • NCCPA certification required
    • Active [State] PA license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
    • DEA license (or eligibility)
    • Strong clinical judgment and interest in neurology
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 1+ year of experience in neurology or a related specialty is preferred
    • Experience with EMR systems
    • Familiarity with neurological procedures and diagnostics
